Our fully equipped tool room staffed with technically proficient trained personnel provides excellent production support using state of the art equipment and software. In fact, we design and machine our own broaches, tooling, and fixtures. Repairs and broach re-sharpening are also done on site. Our in-house expertise and control over all aspects of the automated production process maximize efficiency while minimizing lead time, down time, and costs.

We have on-site tumbling, deburring, and sharp edge removal services.

Broaching is a highly productive, precision metal removal process. The broaches, designed with a series of uniformly spaced cutting teeth, provide a smooth surface on your finished part. Our broaching operations are capable of producing:

• Other external contours

Our broaching process can greatly increase productivity, hold tight tolerances, and produce precision finishes.

We can broach steel up to Rc 30 hardness.

Broaching can produce multiple flats in a single pass for very high efficiency. With automated indexing we can broach additional flats or contours at other angles on the same machine with no re-feeding.

Broaching is especially competitive for producing deep or wide slots.
          

These are examples where we broached both slots and flats. It may be possible to broach both in a single pass. Here again, we can use indexing to broach features at different angles on a single machine with no re-feeding.

Broaching teeth is very competitive compared to other manufacturing methods. We can produce any number of teeth in a single pass with great efficiency.
