Our computer controlled process can efficiently and accurately cut flats, slots, and other features into your parts. Companies that have been adding these feature by traditional broach and machining methods have been able to significantly cost reduce their components by utilizing our expertise in the broaching industry.
Our proprietary machines are the fastest in the industry and can operate in semi-automated to fully automated cycles. Processing 1.5 million parts monthly.

Examples
Flats
Broaching can produce multiple flats in a single pass for very high efficiency. With automated indexing we can broach additional flats or contours at other angles on the same machine with no re-feeding.
Slots
Broaching is especially competitive for producing deep or wide slots typically cut across or parallel to the center line.
Radius Grooves
Broaching is especially competitive for producing various radius grooves typically cut across or parallel to the center line.
"D" Shaped Bolts
Our unique tool geometry can create a huge value in the development of “D” shaped bolts by cutting across a thread rolled part. Our nearly bur free finish typically does not require thread re-rolling after broaching.
